because this version was largely based around my (now-moved) blog, there's no way of seeing a working example of this.. which is a shame, because it was kinda nice. you can pretty much see what it was like from the picture, but what you cant see is all the funky stuff i had working on it.
this was my first real foray into php to generate a more dynamic site for my own portfolio.. and it was also my first integration with wordpress to feature a blog. good stuff.
